BC6107 Integrated Pathology, Immunology, and Infectious Diseases 1

This course includes the histology, physiology, and pathology of the immune system, an introduction to infectious diseases, and core principles of pathology. Principles of pathology and immunology are applied in the context of genetic disorders, cancer, and other immune-related diseases. Pathology, infectious diseases, and applications of immunology to the blood, skin, and musculoskeletal system are included. Scientific concepts are applied to the development of diagnostic skills in the Naturopathic Clinical Diagnosis 1 module that is taken concurrently. This course is taught in a remote online format, including synchronous remote lectures and asynchronous online learning activities.
