TR4820 Culinary Practicum
Students gain practical experience in the culinary world. Working in an off-campus venue under an approved preceptor, students further their skills and understanding of working in a professional culinary setting.
Prerequisite
Admission to the BSN culinary arts program;
TR3122 and current food handler’s permit; a 2.0 (C grade) or better in all designated culinary courses or approval of culinary curriculum director. Students must be in good academic standing to pursue practicum.
