PS4131 Non-profit Administration and Grant Writing
The purpose of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of effective methods to lead and manage non-profit organizations. Particular emphasis is placed on gaining skills in the areas of strategic planning, working with diverse stakeholders, and managing personnel. In addition, students learn basic financial management skills, including developing budgets, fundraising, and writing and managing grants.
