BO4132 Permaculture 2

This course focuses on how energy flows through natural systems, creating biogeographical climate types and global weather patterns. Students learn about analogue climates, renewable energy systems, appropriate technology, and permaculture design strategies specific to various climate types. Emphasis is on permaculture strategies for water management in rural or urban systems and earthwork planning. Course content will be delivered in a hybrid format with online synchronous and asynchronous content and an in-person lab component. Practicum design projects will be continued.
