BO4142 Medicinal and Edible Plants in the Landscape 2

This course will explore the many attributes of a wide variety of medicinal and edible plants that add beauty and utility in cultivated landscapes. Plant family characteristics, propagation, cultivation, environmental tolerances and design will be covered. A design project will focus on design aesthetics and urban design considerations with a focus on medicinal and edible plants. Course content will be delivered in a hybrid format with online synchronous and asynchronous content and an in-person component.
