NM7309 Family Medicine II
Family Medicine II integrates pediatric, maternity, and geriatric care into a single, longitudinal course focused on assessment, diagnosis, and management across the lifespan. The course emphasizes system based approaches to common pediatric conditions, continuity from normal maternity through infancy and childhood, evidence based naturopathic interventions including nutrition and botanical medicine, public health principles such as vaccination, and the special needs of older adults including end of life care.
